Tom Tierney put together this map that shows support for the Uniting American Families Act (UAFA) around the country. Last week, three more cities and municipalities went on record with resolutions urging Congress to pass this legislation that would give LGBT Americans with foreign partners the same sponsorship rights opposite-sex couples currently enjoy under federal immigration law.
In total, 30 cities and municipalities plus the state of California support UAFA.
