Troy, NY supports the Uniting American Families Act

From Tom Tierney

The city council of Troy, NY, unanimously passed a resolution in support of UAFA last night! All nine city councilors, including two Republicans, supported the resolution.

Troy becomes the latest city to pass such a resolution.

Councilor Ken Zalewski deserves our thanks for introducing this resolution and working with his fellow members of the city council to pass it.

If you'd like to send a thank you e-mail to all nine of the Troy city councilors, and let them know that this affects you, you can send an e-mail to: all-members@troycitycouncil.com

Let's keep the pressure up and do everything we can to help raise awareness about the issue and ensure our inclusion in any comprehensive immigration reform bill!

For a list of cities that has already passed resolution in support of the UAFA and its inclusion in Comprehensive Immigration Reform, check out our download page.
