An op-ed in today's Washington Post, one of the country's most influential editorial boards, has called for the a moratorium on the deportation of undocumented same-sex partners of American citizens.
This is huge. People are paying attention, and it means that the awareness that was raised by Stop the Deportations, GetEQUAL and several other groups (including Out4Immigration) around the deportation and potential separation of Henry Velandia and Josh Vandiver was heard around the Beltway.
