Congressman Rush Holt: Stop the DOMA Deportation of Henry Velandia, Save Henry & Josh's Marriage

Congressman Rush Holt (D-NJ) was one of the first Congressional representatives to write a letter to Secretary Janet Naplitano and the USCIS urging them to stop the deportations of same-sex binational couples until the issue of DOMA is settled.

Congressman Holt is also a co-sponsor of the bill, Uniting American Families Act in the House.
