Rachel Maddow Breaks Down Obama's DOMA Decision with Tobias Wolff
This MSNBC clip has an added bonus about 5 minutes into its excellent analysis of President Obama's decision that the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) is unconstitutional. Penn State Professor of Law Tobias Wolff, LGBT policy chair for the Obama 2008 Presidential Campaign, says that while this move on DOMA is great news, we still have work to do, namely, "Same-sex couples are still treated unequally under federal immigration law."
